We work across the whole country, from Kaliningrad to Kamchatka; the only questions are time zones and the shipping company. The software part we build and launch remotely, the equipment we ship and help install on site — over a video call, or in person when the job is worth it. Our office is in Yekaterinburg, at 37 Komsomolskaya: around the city and the region we come ourselves and look at everything with our own eyes.
How it works for another city
- The task review and the demonstration happen over a video call. We show a working stand, not slides: you see exactly what you would see in the room.
- The software part we configure and launch remotely. No travel in the quote and no waiting for someone to reach you.
- The equipment goes by shipping company, with a short assembly video and a call at launch. That is usually enough.
- If the job is a big one, we come. We put travel as a separate line and say so up front, not at the end.
In Yekaterinburg and the region we come ourselves
- We watch how people actually work, not how the regulations describe it. The difference is usually the interesting part.
- We measure the room: the school classroom, the museum foyer, the hall of the venue. So it doesn't turn out later that the panel won't fit through the door.
- We deliver, install, launch and show it to the people who will be using it.
- We stay in touch: the same person who installed it, not "please contact support".
