0:10Обычно это выглядит так. Учётная программа показывает остаток — но не знает, что половину уже забрали под другой объект. А кран обещали двум бригадам на одно утро, и выясняется это уже на объекте.
0:27В программе четыре вкладки и три роли. Мастер бронирует с объекта, снабжение ведёт брони и заявки, руководитель видит сводку. Вход по имени: паролей нет, значит и забывать нечего.
0:43Вкладка «Материалы». У каждой позиции три числа вместо одного. Остаток — сколько лежит на складе. Бронь — сколько уже забрали. Доступно — сколько можно взять прямо сейчас. Именно доступное и решает, поедет бригада зря или нет.
1:07Поиск понимает обычные слова: кабель, саморез, труба. По куску слова, в любом регистре. Артикул помнить не нужно.
1:19Бронь — это четыре поля. Сколько нужно, на какой объект, на какой срок и короткий комментарий: под какую работу. Нажали «Забронировать» — и у остальных доступное сразу уменьшилось.
1:35Вкладка «Техника». Сутки видно одной полосой. Каждая машина — строка, занятые часы закрашены и подписаны, кто взял. Свободна весь день — так и написано.
1:52Бронь техники: дата, время начала и сколько часов. Час, полдня, смена, сутки — одним нажатием. Если время уже занято, программа скажет об этом до того, как техника уедет не туда.
2:10Своей техники не хватило — заявка на внешнюю. Что нужно, куда и на когда. Снабжение видит её сразу, дальше в той же карточке появляются подрядчик, цена и статус. Ничего не теряется в чатах и на бумажках.
2:29Вкладка «Мои» — то, что вы держите. Работа затянулась — продлить в одно нажатие. Отпало — снять, и материал тут же вернётся другим. За полчаса до конца придёт напоминание, а забытая бронь снимется сама.
2:48Руководителю — сводка. Сколько материалов и техники занято прямо сейчас, сколько заявок в работе и что именно держат — одной страницей.
3:00И самое важное — про вашу учётную систему. «МойСклад» мы только читаем: берём остатки и обновляем их. Ничего в него не записываем. Брони живут здесь, а ваш учёт остаётся ровно таким, каким был.
